Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners, a leading Greek law firm, is currently seeking a Junior Associate who would like to join its dynamic and highly motivating legal practice in Athens.

In your role, you will commit to learning, training and development, and you will increase your ability to provide legal solutions and acquire high quality experience on contract law and advice.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Associate will focus on:

  • working and negotiating on contract documents in multinational environment, such as tenders / Requests for Proposals (RFP), Proposals, Subcontract Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Services Agreements, public sector RFPs or other type of documents;
  • Collaborating with client teams and providing support to the client business and management;
  • Maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation;
  • Participating in trainings and accreditations.

To qualify as a candidate you must also have:

Your Qualifications

  • Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece;
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracting matters/ tender process;
  • Previous experience in public tenders will be appreciated;
  • A Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a prominent, well-acclaimed law school abroad or in Greece will be appreciated.

Your Skill Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical, negotiating and drafting skills;
  • Ability to understand contracting principles and business-oriented;
  • Organized and flexible;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively within a team;
  • An excellent command of the English language;
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word environment.
