We are pleased to announce an Interest Group on “Sustainability & Mediation” under the auspices of the International Law Association (ILA) – Hellenic Branch, newly formed by Theodora Iliana Papacharalabous (Chair) and Dimitris Emvalomenos (Vice-Chair).
The Interest Group aims to explore and stress out the interlinkage between sustainability and mediation at both national and international levels and contribute to the development of international law into these topics. A key focus will be to demonstrate mediation as a significant ESG practice and to advance concrete proposals for its actual integration within the ESG standards.
For those interested in joining the Interest Group or receiving further information, please contact: sm.hellenicila@gmail.com.
Dimitris Emvalomenos, Partner at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners, Lawyer, LL.M. (QMUL), Accredited Mediator of the Greek Ministry of Justice and the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), London, UK and Mediators’ Trainer, acknowledges his sincere appreciation to the Board of Directors of the ILA – Hellenic Branch for approving this initiative and looks forward to a productive outcome.
