Decision No. 113169/2023 of the Minister of Labour and Social Security, which was published in the Government Gazette (A/7421/28-12-2023), specifies the sectors and Business Activity Codes [KAD] of the companies that are obliged to implement the digital work card system as of 1 -1-2024.

Με υπ’ αριθμόν 113169/2023 απόφαση του Υπουργού Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, η οποία δημοσιεύθηκε στο ΦΕΚ (Α/7421/28-12-2023), καθορίζονται οι κλάδοι και ΚΑΔ των επιχειρήσεων που υποχρεούνται να εφαρμόσουν το σύστημα της ψηφιακής κάρτας εργασίας από 1ης -1-2024.

O νόμος 5053/2023 (ΦΕΚ Α/158/26-9-2023), με τον οποίο ενσωματώνεται η Οδηγία (ΕΕ) 2019/1152 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 20ης Ιουνίου 2019, στην εθνική έννομη τάξη, εισάγει, εκτός των άλλων, εκτεταμένες τροποποιήσεις αναφορικά με τις εργασιακές σχέσεις.
