We are pleased to announce that the law firm Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners has advised a leading European Travel and Tourism Group of Companies on a complex acquisition of multiple land plots in Kos Island, a construction agreement of a five star hotel and its long term sublease. The total value of the transaction is € 14 million. The project team was consisted of partner Yanos Gramatidis and junior associate Evelina Dafni.
