At Bahas Gramatidis, we view our trainee lawyers as future associates of the Firm.
Our Trainee Program offers a structured and immersive
experience designed to provide aspiring lawyers with hands-on exposure to complex, high-value work across multiple practice areas.
Our approach to junior talent is structured and intentional: trainee lawyers rotate across key practice areas, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse caseload. This model is designed to provide candidates with early exposure, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to build the legal, commercial, and strategic skills needed to thrive, before qualifying.
From day one, trainee lawyers are integrated into our teams, contributing to real mandates and learning directly from our partners and senior associates.
Trainee lawyers are expected to draft, research, and assist in client-facing projects, gaining insight into the legal, commercial, and strategic dimensions of our work.
We believe in early empowerment.
Our trainee lawyers take part in matters involving leading corporates, financial institutions, and international clients — often with a cross-border dimension — building the skills and mindset required to thrive in today’s legal and business environment.
Throughout the program, trainee lawyers will receive continuous feedback, mentoring, and professional training to support their development.
Many of our current associates began their careers as trainees with us, growing within a culture that values curiosity, precision, and collaboration.
