By decision 113169/2023 of the Greek Minister of Labour and Social Security, published in the Official Journal (A/7421/28-12-2023), there are, amongst others, regulations on the reporting of changes in working hours, the organization of working time and overtime, the inclusion in the categories of managerial employees, the Basic Terms of Employment and “Individual Employment Contract”, the digital submission of notices/declarations to the ERGANI II Information System etc.

Με την υπ’ αριθμόν 113169/2023 απόφαση του Υπουργού Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, η οποία δημοσιεύθηκε στο ΦΕΚ (Α/7421/28-12-2023), επέρχονται, μεταξύ άλλων, ρυθμίσεις στην απολογιστική δήλωση αλλαγών ωραρίου, την οργάνωση χρόνου εργασίας και υπερωριών, στην ένταξη στις κατηγορίες των διευθυντικών στελεχών, στα Πρότυπα Βασικών Όρων Εργασίας και «Ατομικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας», στις ψηφιακά υποβαλλόμενες δηλώσεις στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ κ.ά.
