This year’s conference focused on “Managing Termination and Post-Termination in Agency, Distribution and Franchise Agreements”, bringing together leading international practitioners to exchange insights and experiences on the legal and commercial challenges arising from the end of long-term distribution relationships.
George participated in the discussion panel “Maintaining control over the franchised locations, in case of termination of the franchise agreement”, contributing to the discussion on the contractual mechanisms and risk management strategies available to franchisors seeking to protect their business interests following termination.
Drawing on his experience in commercial, distribution and franchise law, George shared insights on effective contractual structures, risk management considerations and practical approaches adopted across jurisdictions.
The annual conference brought together leading practitioners and in-house counsel from around the world to exchange views on current developments and best practices in distribution, franchising and commercial agency law.
