Yanos Gramatidis, Partner of Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners Law Firm, talks to CEE Legal Matters Magazine about the revival of the Greek Economy though a large number of projects in the infrastructure, tourism, and energy sectors.
Between April 2021 and mid-June 2022, 20 contracts valued more than €43 million have been assigned for actions that require immediate implementation, such as: a) the forest cleaning work of 80,000 acres, b) 12,000 km of forest road network maintenance, and c) 1,600 km of forest fire zones’ maintenance for 38 crucial forest ecosystems all over Greece.
Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners Law Firm is acting as a legal counsel of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in the “Forest Protection Plan” assignment of the Project Preparation Facility (PPF).
