On February 12, 2025, the Real Estate Committee of the Hellenic Association of Société Anonyme & Entrepreneurship (ΣΑΕ|Ε) successfully hosted the 2nd Real Estate Conference, focusing on “Challenges & Opportunities in the Property Market – The Role of the Housing Crisis.”

We are proud to share that Sonia Tzavella, Senior Associate at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners, participated as a panel speaker, sharing insights on “Golden Visa – Real Estate Investors: Myths & Reality.”

The conference took place at the B & M Theocharakis Foundation and was held under the auspices of the Greek Ministries of Social Cohesion & Family Affairs, Digital Governance, and the Technical Chamber of Greece.
