Vasilina Stamatopoulou

Junior Associate

About

Vassilina is a Junior Associate at the firm, advising national and international clients on corporate-law matters with a focus on corporate transactions, restructurings and private-equity investments, particularly where commercial and regulatory considerations intersect. Having joined the firm as a trainee, she has gained hands-on experience supporting complex international arbitrations as well as restructuring and M&A projects, and also provides hands-on support on regulatory and public law matters. Vassilina has a particular interest in public international law, especially where policy intersects with economic growth and cross-border investment — a perspective that informs her transactional and advisory work.

Her approach combines analytical rigour with a clear focus on commercially sound legal solutions. Vassilina holds an LL.M. in International and European Law and an LL.B., both from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
