The article examines the regulatory and investment framework for offshore wind in Greece, focusing on the six interdependent processes that will determine the pace of market development, as well as the particular challenges associated with floating offshore wind projects.
With Greece targeting substantial offshore wind capacity through 2050, the article considers whether the regulatory framework can keep pace with the investment ambitions.
