Maria-Christina is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Data Protection & Digital Law, Compliance Risk Management & ESG and General Commercial practices, advising corporates and growing businesses on GDPR and privacy, ESG and compliance, and day-to-day commercial matters. Her commercial work covers distribution, franchise and agency arrangements, procurement and supply-chain documentation, and terms and conditions, while on the privacy and compliance side she advises on governance and internal policies, regulatory risk mapping, reporting inputs and internal-control frameworks.

On the transactional side she supports M&A and private-equity matters, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance, as well as real-estate due diligence and financings. She acts for corporates and multinational groups, founders and growth-stage businesses, real-estate investors and developers, and in-house legal, compliance and procurement teams across the retail, consumer, manufacturing and services sectors. Maria-Christina combines rigorous legal analysis with clear, business-first drafting, and clients value her responsiveness, structured thinking and ability to translate complex issues into practical next steps. She is an accredited mediator through the Central Mediation Committee (KED) of the Hellenic Ministry of Justice and a Certified Compliance Officer, and publishes regularly on franchise and privacy topics, including the firm’s insights series and external pieces.
