Melina is a Junior Associate advising domestic and international corporates, aircraft lessors and companies active in the aviation industry on corporate, aviation and employment law. Her aviation work focuses on aircraft and engine leasing transactions and the contractual architecture that supports them; her employment practice covers employment agreements, terminations, restructuring processes and day-to-day HR compliance; and she supports corporate clients on governance, compliance and a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Her legal training is distinctively Franco-Greek. She holds a Master 2 in Air Transport Law and Management from Aix-Marseille University, a University Diploma in Air Transport Management from the same institution, a Master 1 in Private Law (Corporate Law) from Sorbonne Paris Nord and her Bachelor of Law from Sorbonne Paris Nord. Melina combines responsiveness with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, and clients value her ability to deliver clear advice that balances legal and commercial considerations. She is fluent in Greek, French, English and Italian.
