About
Sonia is a Senior Associate at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners and a core member of the firm’s Real Estate and Private Clients practices. She advises developers, investors, corporate occupiers and private individuals on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and development of commercial and residential property in Greece, together with the immigration workstreams that typically accompany inbound investment — residence permits, Golden Visa applications and investment-based visas, and the regulatory compliance that surrounds both. She also advises private clients on succession and inheritance planning, family-law matters and related disputes, and handles property litigation and contractual claims when transactions do not run to plan.
Her practice is oriented towards international and domestic clients entering or expanding in the Greek market. She guides foreign investors through the full legal route from property acquisition to Greek residency, navigating complex regulatory requirements to protect their interests at each stage. Clients value her strategic, commercially focused approach and her ability to deliver practical, reliable solutions that protect investments and secure outcomes efficiently within the Greek legal framework.
