Maria is a Senior Associate at our firm and an integral member of the firm’s Real Estate and Private Clients practices. She advises investors, individuals, corporates and public bodies on real-estate transactions, investment immigration, tax and public and regulatory law – bringing together the private-side focus that drives most of her day-to-day work with a deep grounding in public-law, administrative and tax matters that few real-estate practitioners can match.

Her real-estate and immigration practice centres on inbound investment into Greece: she advises foreign investors on property acquisitions, the Golden Visa and residence-permit regime, cross-border investment structuring and real-estate compliance — work that regularly involves coordinating tax, regulatory and environmental elements in a single transaction. On the public side, she advises on privatisation initiatives, public procurement, public-work contracts, administrative disputes and civil liability of public entities, and on tax she handles corporate tax planning for acquisitions, restructurings and regulated businesses, as well as tax litigation. Her Italian law degree and Italian Bar affiliation make her a natural point of contact for Italian-Greek inbound work.
