Harry is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, with a particular focus on commercial and civil litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution and mediation. With extensive experience in civil and commercial law, he regularly represents both foreign and domestic clients before the Greek courts. His practice includes advising on and handling complex civil and commercial disputes, including contractual and tort-liability claims, unfair-competition matters, distribution and franchise disputes, IP-related disputes and the termination of commercial agreements. He also acts in injunction and interim-measure proceedings and oversees enforcement strategies across the full dispute lifecycle, including cross-border recognition and enforcement proceedings.

Alongside his contentious practice, Harry advises on the negotiation, drafting and implementation of complex commercial contracts, as well as on IP strategy, particularly in the field of trademarks and brand protection. He also participates in M&A transactions, real-estate acquisitions and due-diligence projects, and handles criminal litigation at all stages of the criminal procedure in the field of white-collar crime and criminal law, in which he also holds a postgraduate degree.

Harry’s clients include international and domestic corporates, mid-sized companies and individuals across a broad range of industries, often in matters involving complex disputes with cross-border elements. He also contributes to annual publications on dispute resolution topics in Greece. Before joining the firm in 2018, he worked in a criminal and commercial litigation boutique law firms in Athens and on Corfu Island.
