We have also supported energy-sector transactions and policy initiatives, including work relating to renewable energy portfolios, energy project financing, energy efficiency, co-generation and the introduction of Third Party Financing in Greece.

We have particular experience in the mining sector, including acting as general counsel for Eldorado Gold and advising on the development, implementation and operation of major mining projects in Greece. This work has involved concession, regulatory, environmental, corporate, financing, employment and operational issues affecting extractive assets.
