Nikos is a Counsel at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners and a key member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. With more than thirty years at the Bar, he advises corporations, financial institutions, multinational groups and private clients across the full breadth of Greek private law — corporate and commercial advisory, real estate transactions and development, contractual and tort liability, succession and estate planning, and complex dispute resolution from first instance through to the Supreme Court. Trained in competition and antitrust law at Münster and in business strategy at ALBA, he brings a commercial perspective that extends well beyond the strictly legal dimension of a matter.

His client base reflects the breadth of his practice: aircraft manufacturers, multinational technology leaders, world-leading companies in tourism, leisure, automotive and food and beverage, banks, NPL servicers, social security funds and private individuals — all of whom receive the same level of dedicated attention. Representative mandates include defending a leading aircraft manufacturer in multimillion-euro tort and product-liability claims arising from aircraft accidents in Greece, with all proceedings resolved in the client’s favour; establishing and supporting the full corporate and commercial life cycle of at least three Greek subsidiaries of leading multinational groups; protecting the distinctive features of a licensed tourist bus operator through every court instance against imitating competitors; and securing substantial rent reductions for a leading German DIY retailer across numerous disputes during the Greek financial crisis.
